YES, YOU!

Amy Baker and Keri Begeron will tip you upside down in a safe, accessible way to change your perspective on inversions! This playful workshop will provide clear instruction, a deep connection to the core (of course!), user friendly explanation and applications of the bandhas (what are those??), and numerous drills, tools, and progressions to infuse a sense of levity into your inversion practice.Come laugh, play, and turn your world upside down!

Amy & Keri believe in a playful, authentic, non-dogmatic approach. They believe that a challenging physical practice provides the opportunity to pierce inward. They believe that there is no prerequisite to practice yoga, and ask only that you bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. After over a decade of practice, they remain eternal students of yoga and are inspired daily by the notion that self inquiry and education lead to personal evolution. Come e.volve with us.

$25 members, $30 non-members. Limited to 25 participants.
